The Bottom Line here is beyond comprehension. Not the fact that this deadly catastrophe actually can be pulled off, and at any time now, BUT that there is a solution available that can protect against it! It is doable – right now – and it’s cost is only a few hundred million; a smitten amount in government spending and indeed an amount much smaller than a few months waste in any one of the government hand outs…
