Now THIS IS SCARY!

–  The Bottom Line  –

Mr. Hitler and Mr. Stalin are smiling in their graves.  The once greatest nation on earth, the home of the brave and land of the free is all but finished.

Just as August 17, 1998  [1] was a day that the American republic officially became an Oligarchy [2], on this day, April 29, 2014 America’s most prize right, the right of free speech, officially died.

There is no denying it.  As was Nazi Germany in 1940, so is America in 2014.   We’re talking the right to speak your mind, not in even in public, but in THE PRIVACY OF YOUR OWN HOME!   You must close your doors and windows.  You must power off your computers and cell phones.    Take it to the bank: It’s only a matter of time before you are dragged out of your house by the police state for just expressing your ‘politically incorrect’ opinion.

Think this is an exaggeration?  Just take a gander at the latest headlines about an NBA team owner in America:

Clippers owner Donald Sterling banned for life from NBA, fined $2.5 million by NBA

So what did this man do to warrant this type of punishment?  Did he kill or hospitalize someone over an argument?  Did he call one of his players a filthy name  during the game and in front of a national audience?  Did he get on the PA system in the arena and call all his black players niggers or monkeys?  Or did he go on TV and proclaim that black people should be slaves again?

Of course none of these are even close.  This man actually received this punishment for something he said to his girlfriend in a ‘private’ telephone conversation!

If your waiting for me to report what it is he said then you have a long wait in front of you.  The bottom line here of course is that IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT HE SAID BECAUSE HE WAS SPEAKING IN A PRIVATE CONVERSATION!   AND UNLESS YOU LIVE IN A POLICE STATE, IT’S NO BUSINESS OF ANYONE AND IN FACT IT IS AN INVASION OF PRIVACY PROTECTED BY THE FOURTH AMENDMENT:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

And of course it there’s that old favorite the 1st Amendment which guarantees free speech – and that was designed for public expression; the founders never envisioned private conversation being punishable!

So as usual, the sheeple that follow the brain dead media and the those who are obviously insecure in their own skin, make a mountain out of nothing and their anger is based 110% on a manufactured illusion that fits the anti-American agenda of those who are being very successful at silencing our speech and destroying our freedoms.

The NBA threw the book at Donald Sterling, bans him for life. But is it fair?

Posted on Apr 29, 2014 at The Right Scoop – Here’s the lowdown on what the NBA doled out to Sterling:

FOX NEWS – The NBA threw the book at LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling, banning him for life, fining him $2.5 million and raising the possibility of a forced sale of the team over racist remarks he allegedly made to an ex-girlfriend that surfaced on a tape recording.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver made the announcement at a New York press conference after Donald Sterling, the Clippers owner, told Fox News that the team is not for sale and he had no intention of selling the team.
Silver, who succeeded David Stern as NBA Commissioner in February, said the league concluded its investigation into the matter and interviewed Sterling. He determined that the voice heard on the audio tape obtained by TMZ was indeed Sterling’s and called the comments “deeply offensive” and “harmful.”

Let’s get a couple of things straight. I think we can all agree that Donald Sterling is a racist at least in some capacity and that his remarks were reprehensible. The man clearly has issues with race on a level that makes other people uncomfortable.
But I have to admit, I come away from watching this NBA press conference very unsettled. It had all the feel of the outrage mob beating the crap out of Donald Sterling because they disagree with something he said. And they are so proud of it.

But it just doesn’t seem fair. …
