How much money could we save by dumping the United Nations and The State Department? Both are money pits that suck up hard earned American tax dollars like a black hole.
Should we dump the UN and turn it into a Condo and make money instead of wasting it? Only those parasites attached to the UN would disagree.
The State Department is another waste of time and resources. When you come right down to it, (aka 'The Bottom Line'); It exists to try to pay our money to other countries so that they will be our friends. How misguided is this thinking? The more money we pay them, the more they take advantage of us and the more they laugh at the gullibility of 'The Paper Tiger.'
We need to start to regain the RESPECT that America once had. Real respect is rarely purchased. Success and strength are the pillars of respect between countries. So we need to dump the UN and disband the State Department and put it's necessary duties under the province of The Pentagon. After all, national security is the number one mission of the State Dept. – NOT giving away our money…
