It is time for the the combatant commanders to honor their oaths to …"defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;…" and defend America from Barack Obama and his regime who are guilty on more than one count, of treason and the destruction of the Constitution of The United States.
On March 11, 2012, Obama's Secretary of Defense went before The United States Congress:
“Our goal would be to seek international permission and we would come to the Congress and inform you and determine how best to approach this,” Panetta said. “Whether or not we would want to get permission from the Congress, I think those are issues I think we would have to discuss as we decide what to do here.” – Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta
In effect, Leon Panetta was confessing that the Obama Administration had no loyalty to the The Constitution of The United States and was stating 'on the Congressional Record', that he and Obama will be totally disregarding their oath of office and usurping the powers given to Congress by The Constitution.
trea·son [tree-zuhn] noun 1. the offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign. 2. a violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or to one's state. 3. the betrayal of a trust or confidence.
At the moment Panetta said that, the chairman of the Congressional Hearing should have called the Sergeant at Arms and had him put Leon Panetta under arrest for treason against The United States. Then he should have called the one of the combatant commanders and had him have his troops surround The White House and order Barack Obama and all officers of the government inside to surrender. A trial then should have been set charging all participants with treason. As proscribed by The Constitution, The Speaker of the House would act as President in the interim.
