– The Bottom Line –
I told my wife and kids about what happened when they brought the bodies of the four Americans home and the scene at Andrews Air Force Base with Obama, Clinton and the victims families. (Dead Heroes Come Home To Disgrace) In particular I told them heart wrenching story told by Charles Woods about the heroism of his son Tyrone Woods, the ex-Navy SEAL who was killed in the 9/11 terrorist attack on Benghazi. And then the scene with Obama as his son's body lay in a casket feet away;
"Shaking hands with him, quite frankly, was like shaking hands with a dead fish. His face was pointed towards me but he would not look me in the eye, his eyes were over my shoulder. I could tell that he was not sorry. He had no remorse." – Charles Woods
'As if dying isn't enough, now our dead heroes and their families are humiliated and disgraced by those who are responsible for their deaths!'
Benghazi: Obama watched as they died
As a father I can not fathom the feeling of having my son killed and then having to experience the disrespect and disgrace displayed days later by the very people responsible.
After explaining to my family the sad and pathetic story of behind the Benghazi attack and the ensuing disgraceful ceremony that Charles Woods and other families endured, my son asked me what I would have done if I were in Charles Woods shoes at the ceremony. Without hesitation I told my kids and my wife what my reaction would have been.
I am not as 'civil' as was Charles Woods or perhaps most people. If I had to face Obama and company after my son was killed and I knew that they had not ordered support and then lied about it to cover their own asses in the aftermath, there is no doubt that I would have at least spit in their face there at that ceremony. To do any less is to me not only emboldening these perpetrators of decency, but as a loving father and a human being, it would not be human to just shake their hands as they further disgraced the heroism he displayed and the life my son gave for his country.
My son then asked me; "but daddy, wouldn't they put you in jail then?" I told him that jail meant very little when compared to the love and dignity that was trampled on by Obama, Biden and Clinton that day and that many had gone to jail for protesting much less.
Many would consider my statement to my kids and indeed what I told them I would do as inappropriate and crude and that I was endorsing being disrespectful to authority, in this case 'The President.' The obvious answer to that is a question;
Knowing the facts and the heartbreaking realities at play here, who indeed were the ones who were crude and disrespectful?
