It’s a very rare occurrence that we even mention a celebrity here. Most of them are just overpaid robots with little real talent and even less real thinking capabilities.
But this week one died in a terrible car accident. He was only 40, very popular and made some great movies.
But the reason why we honor him here is not because of what kind of actor he was but because of what kind of man he was.
Generous to a stranger – great. The stranger is one of our Military – even greater. Insuring that it would not be publicized in a town where publicity is god – character from the golden days of Hollywood.
His epitaph is one that all actors should aspire to: ‘ Good Actor – Great Man’
